Most disposable vape devices come with a verification badge. Just follow the instructions provided with the device to check for yourself.

We currently don't accept Visa gift cards or any other gift cards from stores like CVS or Walgreens. We only accept our own gift cards, which need to be purchased with a debit or credit card directly from our website.

If you use a Visa gift card and encounter any issues, please be aware that the money on the card might not be refundable back to it. In that case, you'll need to contact the Visa gift card company for a refund.

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. In this case, you'll need to pay for a return label to ship it back to us for a full refund. We currently ship only within the United States. If you place an order with a shipping address outside of the United States, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days, while express shipping is available for all domestic orders at an additional charge. We also offer free economy shipping for orders totaling $50 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 days. Please note that these shipping times are only estimates, and delays can occur. Once a package leaves our warehouse, shipping times are completely out of our control.

We want you to have the best experience with our products! If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible—within 7 days of receiving your order—to qualify for a replacement. Unlike some other online stores, we replace defective items. Just email us at info@getdisposables.com with your order number, photos of the defective item, and a description of the issue.

Once approved, replacement items are issued when you place a second order. Please let us know via email once you've placed the second order, so we can send you the replacement.

A: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. They should be in the same condition as received—unopened, unused, and including all original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any opened items under any circumstances. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive the item(s).

• Completely Refunded: If your entire order was refunded, it means either all the items in your order were out of stock or you did not pass the age verification or we suspect your order to be fraud.
• Partially Refunded: If only some items were refunded, those specific items were no longer in stock when your order was being packaged.

Refunds typically arrive in 3-7 business days, but since all banks are different, it might take a bit longer. If you don't see your refund within that time frame, please contact us.
